MMHM Shipping Policy
Fulfilment & Dispatch
At MMHM, all products are made to order. This means we begin production only once your order is placed. This approach helps us reduce waste, limit overproduction, and create each item with intention.
Fulfilment Time:
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 to 7 business days.
- During high-volume periods or collection launches, fulfilment may take up to 10 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier. Estimated delivery windows are:

Please note that delivery estimates do not include the fulfilment period.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, including to the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and more. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at support@mmhm.co.uk.
Split Shipments
Because our products are printed and fulfilled in different locations, some orders may arrive in separate shipments. This is normal for print-on-demand fulfilment and does not affect your total shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at support@mmhm.co.uk. We will investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner and work to resolve it promptly.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
